After ordering the
repair order, in the EDF (Encory
dealer front end), the order data must
be
specified.
After the data has been entered in the
EDF, the shipping documents can be
created
and printed out (shipping costs are
included
in the parts price).
A user guide for processing the repair
order (including warranty processing)
is included in the EDF on the
"Guide/Manual" tab.
Please note: If the repair is
not possible or is rejected by the BMW
Parts
Repair Service,
then an
expense allowance is charged.
